For Appraisers, we want you to know that our more than 25 years of experience as appraisers makes us work very hard to demonstrate to you that we are not just another AMC.

 

We do not set appraisal fees, you do.  We select appraisers based on their market knowledge, not price.

 

We do not take any of your appraisal fees.  Our management fee is billed separately to our clients and has no relationship whatsoever with your fee.  We commit to payment of your fee within 30 days of acceptance of the appraisal report by the lender.

 

We will not ask for unrealistic turn times.

 

We will keep you up to date on the standards of the compliance reviews we do on behalf of our clients, believing that if you know the standards to be met, you will strive to meet them.

 

Our reviews, a necessary part of quality assurance, are intended to be positive, constantly working to improve the appraisals we submit to our lenders.  Carolyn Drew, who is our primary reviewer, will always be available to you.

 

You will always be able to communicate directly with me or one of our staff who truly understand the work of appraisers.
