William J. McLean, III is a Certified General Appraiser (NHCG 219) with more than 25 years of experience in real estate brokerage, management and appraisal in New Hampshire.  He holds both Bachelor and Master Degrees from Springfield College (MA) and has completed additional graduate level studies at Harvard University and Dartmouth College.  Mr. McLean is experienced in both residential and commercial appraising.  He has served as an investigator for the NH Real Estate Appraisal Board, responding to formal complaints made against appraisers for alleged USPAP violations.  He is responsible for all conformance with laws and regulations applicable to appraisal management and manages all quality control and dispute resolutions.

 

Gertrude D. McLean holds an Associate’s Degree from Pine Manor College (MA) and has provided the business management services for McLean Associates for all of its history of operations.  She handles the scheduling of appraisers, payroll functions, client relations and all of the accounting for the business.  She will oversee client relations and the business operations/accounting of GSAM.

 

Carolyn Drew holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Plymouth State University (NH) and has worked with McLean Associates for over 10 years serving as Office Manager and Technical Director.  Carolyn is knowledgeable about both hardware and software used in the appraisal industry.  Beginning in 2011, she has conducted all of the compliance appraisal reviews for Bank of New Hampshire and Franklin Savings Bank, putting her in direct contact with appraisers on a daily basis. Carolyn is fully knowledgeable about the content of the Uniform Appraisal Data Set (UAD) and has assisted many appraisers in adjusting to UAD requirements.  She is the primary contact person for appraisers and lenders working with GSAM.
